Carmen Cooks – Oil Dip for Sourdough Bread

This is PERFECT for a light snack, appetizer, or side. It’s so simple and tasty, and you probably already have all the ingredients in your kitchen.

  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/4 tsp coarse salt
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced 
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Sourdough bread

photo (3)Combine all the ingredients, stir, dip your bread, and ENJOY!
